Coordination and Effectiveness of Public Welfare Activities for the Elderly

Abstract

Starting from the aspects of policy, management, media platform, activity content, service effect and so on, this paper analyzed the current pension public welfare activities in China and found out the existing problems; This paper proposed that through policy coordination, information coordination, management coordination, training coordination and incentive coordination, the public welfare activities for the elderly can develop healthily and improve the effectiveness of public welfare activities for the elderly.
