Abstract
When microgrid operates in isolated mode, if the capacity of micro sources and energy storage devices are insufficient, it is impossible to ensure the power supply for all loads in microgrid. In order to improve power supply reliability of microgrid, and to generate electricity by using renewable energy as far as possible, a dispatch strategy of microgrid operation based on demand side response and energy evaluation of energy storage device is proposed in this paper. In this strategy, aiming at microgrid operating in isolated mode, firstly, the power and surplus energy of energy storage are estimated according to the supper short-term power prediction of micro sources and loads, and secondly, the different scheduling strategies for all kinds of loads are implemented on the basis of the estimated result and demand side information. Through the optimization of shiftable loads and the shedding of interruptible loads with different grades, the goal for continuous power supply of the important loads and the shortest power-off time of rest loads is achieved. The simulation cases verify the correctness and effectiveness of the strategy proposed in this paper.
