Abstract
Health has been identified by the government as a field where France can strengthen its international presence. The global health landscape is complex and many actors need coordination at the national level and in countries where the partnerships are the most important. Our national pharmaceutical and medical device companies as well as our research institutes are at the best global level. The French health system is one of the more powerful in the world. These assets strengthen the relevance to improve the international role of France. Specific actions in progress are able to increase more and more the collective effectiveness. The shared conception of the practice of medicine between France and Morocco opens wide scope and prospects to strengthen cooperation between medical sites of our two countries. In the teaching and research fields shared projects already exist and request to be developed on a clear financial basis. The participation of industrialists to strengthen the scope of these partnerships must be imagined.
