Abstract
A partir de 2016, os Ministérios da Defesa e de Relações Exteriores criaram um mecanismo permanente de cooperação e diálogo em matéria de segurança e defesa. A partir da análise dos objetivos propostos, esta horizontalização da política externa brasileira tende a construir uma agenda comum nesta área, atuando de forma coesa e cooperativa.
