Abstract
This paper presents real time simulation results of a grid connected photovoltaic system (GCPV), based on a P and O controlled boost converter feeding PV power to the grid connected through an inverter. The model that is developed and tested in real time while taking away the controller and then the code that is generated is fed into Code Composer Studio then it was run into Texas instrument with the card name of TI F2808 and then c-hil is performed. A model is introduced through which performance of GCPV system is examined and efficiency is obtained in real time axis, tracking the output of presented model for varying illumination and temperature readings for any desired location. Functioning of the model is timer controlled to implement automatic output generations for varying irradiation and temperature, which allows spontaneous simulation of model for daily or even yearly data variations. The model creates a user-friendly domain for wide comparative analysis of model of desired characteristics for attaining maximum efficiency, moreover with minute technical modifications the model will allow to perform the analysis of various algorithms for same input parameters. The highly efficient results with faster tracking speed make it an effective test model for research analysis.
