Abstract
Sub-district asynchronous operation of power grid will become the trend of China Southern Power Grid(CSG) in the future. Aiming at the problem of frequency synchronization and consistency among sub-district asynchronous power grids, this paper studies the frequency synchronization operation control strategy of asynchronous power grid. Based on that the paper puts forward the controller structure of frequency synchronization operation of asynchronous power grid, and optimizes the key operation control parameters. At last the paper verifies its effectiveness through simulation, and analyzes the adaptability of AGC strategy. The paper also takes Luxi Flexible DC Project as example, to demonstratethe frequency synchronous operation control function of asynchronous power grid. The research results show that the frequency synchronous operation control of asynchronous power grid can effectively ensure the frequency consistency and synchronization among the asynchronous power grids in actual operation. It has good adaptability to the AGC strategy of power grid, and there is no power oscillation and frequency oscillation divergence in both power grids. Its application and implementation can effectively realize the real-time and automatic sharing of frequency modulation resources in the whole grid, and promote the construction of a unified frequency modulation auxiliary service market in the power industry.
