Abstract
Abstract Plots were located in a commercial hop yard near Greenleaf Idaho. Each plot consisted of 18 hills. Treatments were arranged in a randomized complete block with 4 replicates. Treatments were applied 17 Jun 1985 and 13 Jun 1986 with C02 backpack sprayer calibrated at 50 gal/acre at 30 psi. Sprays were applied to lower 3 ft of the plant and around the base of th< plant. Evaluations were made on 25 Jun 1985 (8 days post-treatment), and 20 Jun 1986 (7 days post-treatment), by screening the soil around the base of tht hop plants and counting adult weevils.
