Abstract

Abstract Sweet corn was planted on 3 Jul near Georgetown, DE. Four row plots, 20 ft long on 30 inch centers, were replicated 4 times in a randomized complete block design. Treatments were applied with a CO2 pressurized wheel barrow sprayer using one nozzle/row delivering 26.4 gal/acre at 40 psi. Treatments were applied on 6 Aug. All plant whorls were removed from the center 2 rows from each plot, unrolled and the numbers of infested plants counted 13 Aug.
