Abstract

Abstract Honeylocust trees, 8-10 ft. tall, at the City of Aurora Nursery were used to evaluate insecticides for honeylocust plant bug control. Plots were single trees arranged in a randomized complete block design with 4 replications. Trees were sprayed to point of run-off on 15 May using a hand operated compressed air sprayer. Evaluations were made 28 May by shaking 3 branches/tree over a tray and counting the dislodged insects.
