Abstract
This paper describes a measurement of the furnace temperature profile during reflow soldering by building a computational model from which we can get the furnace temperature curve under different conditions by increasing constraints with some critical parameters calibrated. Among these, the heat conduction and convection are considered as the most important heat transfer modes.
