Abstract

In 1982, Alan Norton [415] displayed the spatial Julia sets in \(4-D\) quaternion by the boundary tracking method firstly. There have been extensive investigations about the spatial Julia set later. Hart et al. [416] obtained a deterministic \(3-D\) Julia set by the ray tracing. The \(3-D\) Julia sets are produced based on customized complexified quaternion [417]. Bogush et al. [418] investigated some algebraic and geometrical properties of \(3-D\) Julia sets by means of the group analysis theory. Moreover, many people are also interested in the structures and interior properties of the spatial Julia sets [419–422].
