Abstract
In modern conditions of development of the agricultural economy, the organization of periodic monitoring and analysis of the efficiency and sustainability of agricultural production in agricultural organizations is of great importance. To do this, there is an objective need to use the “input — output — result” management model in the internal management system of agricultural organizations. In accordance with this model, the article proposes a methodology for ongoing monitoring and analysis of the return on production costs of the products produced by crop and livestock production facilities. To objectively carry out such control and analysis, it is recommended to evaluate the resulting products at fair value, determined taking into account its quality (usefulness).
