Abstract

Leading organizations are the first force that controls the global markets by virtue of constantly introducing new products. And it relies on tight strategies in order to achieve leadership and maintain its position in the market, and keep pace with modern developments to satisfy the customer, who has a high consumption culture and thus overcome his competitors. Where this study aims to highlight the impact of entrepreneurial strategies as important factors in achieving competitive advantage in economic institutions because of their positive aspects to support the competitive position, which requires them to adopt these strategies as a modern process. As this modern method increases the market value of the institution in a competitive environment with the properties Aware of the importance of the issue of leadership strategies in all its dimensions (innovation, creativity, excellence, initiative, taking risks), which have be come a powerful weapon in the hands of organizations in order to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain their position in markets that contain an intense competitive environment. From this point of view, the main problem crystallizes as follows: What is the extent of the contribution of entrepreneurship strategies and their role in achieving competitive advantage in economic institutions?
