Abstract
Overview Professional values and behaviours of paramedics often influence our clinical performance, as well as our ability to actively and professionally interact with colleagues, patients and the multi-professional healthcare team. This short CPD article explores how our behaviour, and that of colleagues, inform and shape our interactions with people whose values may differ from our own ( Clompus and Albarran, 2016 ).
