Abstract
Human needs are the starting point of all human knowledge and practice activities, which also constitutes the ideological and political education humanized management content. College students’ need is closely related with its particular social identity and status, which not only has the general characteristics of ordinary youth, but also the characteristics of their own cultural level. The humanized management of ideological and political education for college students must show respect on the principal position of college students, satisfy their material needs, social needs and spiritual needs, and also develop and promote their needs.
