Abstract

In modern life, information is spread and managed through social media. The digitalization process has prompted brands to involve actively in collaborations with influencers in potential campaingns. The Influencers have considerable influence in their society. The have gained a large audience in social media. This is very attractive for brands, because they see influencers as a kind of bridge in their relationship with their potential customers. The main activities of influencers are to select the right audience, create awareness and increase engagement. The large proportion of customers require influencers to be honest and to demonstrate the pros and cons of the product or service as the impartial person, so that customers can make rational decisions. The involvement of the influencers in the promotion of sales has a huge role and that is why the market in this field is growing more and more all over the world since 2019.
