Abstract

In the article - "Strategic personnel management models and the importance and necessity of their redesign today" - strategic management models are listed and discussed. Among them are: D. Guest model, Michigan and Harvard models, Armstrong model, Fottler model, Cheveldry model, Shuler and Jackson model. These models were developed in previous centuries. The authors of the article have compared them with their current requirements, in particular with the current needs of companies in this field. Today's needs are to provide managers not with general models of strategic personnel management, but with specific ways of achieving the characteristics that are fixed in these models. In the article, the authors have performed exactly this work on the model of scientist Fottler and have also shown it graphically.
