Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study and analyze the key aspects of event management and artistic projects in the context of their interaction in the contemporary social and cultural space.Research methodology is an organic set of basic principles of research: objectivity, historicism, multifactor model, systematicity, complexity, development and pluralism. The study is based on the following methods of scientific knowledge: problem-chronological, concrete historical, statistical, descriptive, logical and analytical. Results. The author undertakes a study of contemporary event management of artistic projects; the role of event managers in the creation of supporting structures of artistic processes is considered; the influence of artistic projects in social, artistic and economic aspects is analyzed. The special aspects of event management of artistic projects are the combination and harmonization of techniques and processes of business administration with the world of art, i.e. the practical aspects of doing business, such as rational resource management, support for expenditure within the budget, ensuring efficiency combined with artistic means of expression, which includes vision and emotion artists not connected with profit. In this case, event management contributes to the freedom and space of art, performing the public function â to inspire creative ideas, to educate aesthetically, realizing the urgent issues of society, forming a human personality and creating a cultural heritage. Novelty. The study has enabled a better understanding of the mechanism of event management and artistic projects in the context of their interaction in the contemporary social and cultural space.The practical significance. The research may be used in developing lectures by specialists in culturology and art studies.
