Abstract

Purpose: To characterize tear osmolarity in a novel animal model of ocular surface research with ocular anatomy similar to humans, the common marmoset (Callithrix jacchus), with the long-term goal to develop a pre-clinical platform to assess contact lens induced dry eye in marmosets (CLIDEM).
