Abstract

An investigation that seeks to put into context the current regulations that govern the most relevant aspects of the subject matter under study, which strictly obeys the commercial field of consumption and competition; In addition to the foregoing, the intention is to state and describe clearly what has been the evolution of the measures and how they have been accepted within the national dynamics of commer- cialization of goods, services and products; measures and / or regulations are corrective and preventive tools aimed at promoting harmony and peaceful activity between suppliers and consumers, ensuring that both have some type of guarantees and at the same time limiting or regulating also in the exercise of their functions or behaviors. An investigative work of an inductive nature, where elements of a specific activity converge that provide identity of the group to which it belongs; therefore, what is done is an approach to the main regulations on consumption and competition at the national level, in order to understand more fully the development of a fundamental activity in a country such as trade. Based on the notions acquired through the primary and secondary sources of information, which serve as essential bases for the purpose of cementing the foundation of this undergraduate work, in order to achieve the objectives, set, a functional problem is noted, the which is intended to counter by the results of the investigative exercise that also materialize with the presentation of conclusions that are intended to be objective.
