Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research paper is to determine how factors affecting consumer preferences of bottled water in different cities of Pakistan. Design / Methodology: The is an exploratory research which is conducted through Smart Pls and collected data from the survey questionnaire which is taken from the previous study of “Factor Influencing Bottled Water Drinking Behaviour” by ZEYU YAO. The study involved 300 participants, mainly from different cities of Pakistan. Findings show that demographics, high quality, packaging, purified water has a positive effect on consumer preference of bottled water but the physical location has a negative impact on consumer preference for bottled water. Practical Implications: This paper is helpful to analyze the preferences of consumers regarding bottled water which can be helpful for bottled water industries.
