Abstract

At present, the quality evaluation method of students' works in colleges and universities in China is not used generally. Thus, there is an urgent need to build a quality evaluation system of students' works in line with China's educational characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to construct the work quality evaluation index system and hierarchical structure model of animation students by applying the questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process. We take the work quality evaluation of animation students as an example. The method of empirical analysis is used to analyze and deal with the key factors in the index system. The results show that the importance of input evaluation B (0.2513) and process evaluation C (0.355) is the highest, while background evaluation A (0.1887) and result evaluation D (0.205) are relatively low. Among the secondary indicators, the weights of instructor's teaching preparation B1 (0.7523) and animation core competence C2 (0.668) are ranked in the top two. B1 directly reflects the results of students, and C2 reflects the core competence after learning, which is directly related to the level of students' works. These two secondary indicators also reflect the main goal of animation major and are also the results of the joint action of other secondary indicators, which is of great significance for the evaluation of students' works. The result provides some reference for the quality evaluation of students' works in Chinese colleges and universities.
