Abstract

Some systematic methods for constructing orthogonal main-effect plans, using Kronecker and other products of Hadamard matrices, are introduced. These are generalizations of the methods suggested earlier by Margolin and Dey and his co-workers. Two series of plans of the type t.2 t(n − 1) and 4 t − 1.2 n are constructed. The first series is saturated and the second is saturated for t = 4. In addition to generating previously reported plans, the proposed methodology provides many new plans.
