The Internet has become a key information infrastructure in China. However, in recent years, China's network security incidents have been frequent, thus posing a great threat to relevant software, hardware and other information infrastructure. It is very important to establish a large-scale network security situation analysis system based on existing network security infrastructure and technology to improve the processing capabilities of controlling, analyzing, and predicting network security situations. Network security situation assessment is an emerging research hotspot that has emerged in recent years. This article first defined a series of concepts such as the security indicator ring system, network culture, and deep learning algorithms, and then conducted comparative analysis through experiments. Compared with the original dataset, the classification accuracy after feature selection increased by 33.6%.
