Abstract

The requirements for English teaching at the university level are divided into three levels, namely general requirements, higher requirements and higher requirements. Among them, it is generally required that students can communicate in English during the learning process. Constructivism believes that students should be the active constructors of the knowledge meaning, rather than passive recipients of external stimuli and with this idea, we integrate the smart campus model into the English learning. In this study, the novel perspectives and suggestions are both provided. We suggest to integrate the technology to combine the efficient teaching to improve the overall quality.
