Abstract
In this study,the most suitable culture scheme for the construction of Lilium brownii cell suspension system and the inducement of Lilium polysaccharide was researched.Firstly,different parts and hormone treatments were used to induce the callus of Lilium brownii formation,and then the callus was propagated to construct its cell suspension system.After that,the secondary metabolite Lilium polysaccharide was induced by different hormone treatments,and the content of polysaccharide was measured by phenol-sulfuric acid method.It was found that for Lilium brownii callus induction,the best explant was the petiole,and the best hormone formula was 6-BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L.For the culture of Lilium brownii suspension cell and the induction of Lilium polysaccharide,the best hormone formula was 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the polysaccharide content was about 3.8%.This project could provide guidance for the construction of Lilium brownii cell suspension system and the production of Lilium polysaccharide.
