Abstract
In this paper, the human capital of the management team in construction industry are divided into educational human capital, specialized human capital and incentive oriented model of human capital. The empirical research uses public information of 53 listed companies in construction industry in 2012. Using multiple linear regression models, research the relationship between the construction of management team human capital and enterprise performance. The results show that the incentive model of human capital of listed companies has the most significant effect. The performance of educational human capital, specialized human capital and enterprise scale oriented the impact on the performance is not significant, in the end, based on the results of the empirical research, from perfecting the salary system, establish long-term incentive system and improve the level of compensation point of view put forward suggestions and measures to speed up the construction of rapid development in our country.
