Abstract

In view of problems of integrated energy system (IES) technologies, many influencing factors, and complex evaluation indicators are considered, and based on the comprehensive evaluation theory of operations research and digital portrait technology, this study proposes an evaluation model for the promotion and application of IES technologies in China. The evaluation model is built based on massive monitoring data and IES operation data, which generates multi-source feature evaluation labels from the dimensions like the environment, performance, economy, and society, integrates various IES technology promotion and application information, and creates a complete and multi-dimensional IES technology portrait. According to expert scoring and screening of important information characteristics of IES raw data, the labels are weighted by combining analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy weighting, and the weight is refined to form an outline of an accurate depiction of the IES technical portrait. Finally, a national-level IES demonstration park in Shanghai, China is selected as an example for evaluation and verification. The results prove the applicability of the model proposed in this paper in real-world projects. The research here is expected to provide a basis for the design and construction of IES and the promotion of key IES technologies.
