Abstract

Under the target of carbon peak and carbon neutrality, the establishment of an integrated energy system (IES) evaluation system considering whole life cycle operation and stakeholders has become an important issue, which is of great significance for minimizing carbon emissions, maximizing energy efficiency and ensuring energy system safe and stable operation. Firstly, the existing IES indices are analyzed, and an IES comprehensive evaluation index system is proposed based on comparing and refining current existing evaluation indices, which takes the revenue, reliability, society, energy efficiency, and sustainability aspects into consideration simultaneously. Secondly, a combination weighting method, which combine the merits of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), anti-entropy weight (AEW) and CRITIC method, is proposed in this paper to realize the quantitative evaluation of the IES comprehensive benefits. Finally, by comparing and analyzing a certain IES as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed comprehensive evaluation algorithm are verified. The proposed comprehensive evaluation method can help decision-makers better to carry out IES projects, promote the development of carbon transaction market and the transition to low-carbon energy structure.
