Abstract
AbstractBy defining the related concepts of students' satisfaction with extracurricular education services in colleges, we used the SERVQUAL standard scale for reference and constructed a comprehensive indicator system for evaluating students' satisfaction with extracurricular education services through the preliminary selection and optimized selection of relevant indicators. After weighting indicators on the basis of analytic hierarchy process, entropy weight method, CRITIC and combination weighting method, we further employed the grey relational analysis method to construct a comprehensive model for evaluating students' satisfaction with extracurricular education services in colleges, and tested its practicability with the case of Minjiang University. The good collaboration between various elements, such as multi‐stakeholder participation and information network design, can significantly contribute to the in‐depth application and promotion of this comprehensive evaluation model.
