Abstract

The study of Creative Construction in Classroom Arrangement, to develop cognitive skills in the 5th grade of primary education, arises to build and modify creatively, the cognitive development of the teaching-learning process through essential elements used at the moment of applying the experiment: control, manipulation and observation in applied research are measured by objective scales in an act with maximum level of performance and minimum effort. The general objective of this research is to develop the cognitive skills in the 5th grade students of primary education in the city of Rioja. This study is based on the following theories that support cognitive abilities: Haward Gardner's theory of mind. Theory of Rigney's cognitive styles; theory of historical-cultural psychology; culture; activity and learning and the zone of proximal development. Such theoretical referents made it possible to propose the following hypothesis: The Speaking Workshop will significantly improve the linguistic and non-linguistic communicative skills of the fifth and sixth grade students of the Jose Carlos Mariategui¬ Rioja Experimental Educational Institution. The research design was pretest and posttest with a single group that belongs to the pre-experimental design. The sample was about 15 students of fifth and sixth grade of primary education of the Experimental Educative Institution Jose Carlos Mariategui - Rioja. To experience the influence of the Oratory Workshop to improve linguistic and non-linguistic communicative ability in the students of the Fifth and sixth grade of primary education of the Jose Carlos Mariategui Experimental Educational Institution - Rioja. The contrast of the T-calculated greater than T-tabulated with α = 0.05, in the distribution of the T-student, I determine that the Taller de Oratoria significantly improved the linguistic and non-linguistic communication skills of the primary education students of the Jose Carlos Mariategui Experimental Education Institution - Rioja.
