Abstract
In this paper, the definitions of the constraint on fuzzy values (FC) and the fuzzy functional dependency (FFD) on the basis of the semantic distance is given and characters of FCs and FFDs is discussed. This paper introduces the concept of the conflict between FCs and FFDs and obtains an algorithm for testing the satisfiability of a fuzzy instance to the set of FCs and the set of FFDs.
