Constitutionalism of the contemporary Russian political regime in Russia

Abstract

CONSTITUTIONALISMOFTHECONTEMPORARYPOLITICALREGIMEINRUSSIA The article analyzes the origin and development of the institution of the political regime, gives the points of view of the concept of various scientists, studies the types of political regime, methods of government of the current government with a certain political regime. The elements of the implementation of political regimes are correlated with other similar political categories, such as power, political system, political process, as well as constitutional principles characterizing the political regime in the Russian Federation with similar and other regimes taking place in other countries of the world. The role and significance of the political regime in modern Russia has been determined.
