Abstract
AbstractThis article examines how ethnicity and national identity have been constitutionally accommodated in Nepal. It reviews the constitutional development of Nepal and examines the difficulties in accommodating identity in a culturally diverse society. In particular, the focus falls upon recent constitutional developments and the innovative provisions they contain regarding ethnic and cultural rights.
