Abstract
A description is given of methods of considering instrumental expansion of concentration profiles using electron-probe microanalysis in polymer systems. A relation was formulated which can be used to evaluate the need for reconstruction in the analysis of experimental diffusion profiles. Examples are given of using the methods proposed for several polymer-polymer systems.
