Abstract

Introduction: The endometrial carcinoma is the most common gynecologic malignancy in developed countries. Although it mostly affects postmenopausal women, today more and more patients are found to be premenopausal because of an increasing number of women who wish to be pregnant later in life on one hand and the problem of increasing obesity on the other hand.
