Consequences of the destruction of physical fitness structure in the architectonics of the subject physical culture

Abstract

The analysis of consequences of various program-normative measures for "improvement of the system of physical culture for citizens and the state, as a result of which the construct physical training-fitness has been destruyed. Objective. To determine the consequences for citizens and the state of the policy of eliminating physical training from physical education of educational institutions in Ukraine. Methods. Analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, induction and deduction, abstraction and specification. Results. A reference point has been established, from which the decisions on reforming the system of physical education of students and student youth in educational institutions of Ukraine are taken. It was shown that the destruction of the structure of physical training in the architectonics of physical culture occurred on the background of statistics on the negative physical state of youth and, above all, their health, which indirectly indicates the lack of professionalism and even the politics of the decisions taken. The dismissive attitude to the value potential of the physical fitness of young generation of Ukraine, which damaged not only the system of physical culture/ physical education in educational institutions, but directly violated some articles of the laws of Ukraine and by-laws.
