Abstract

Varicocele is a common condition amongst infertile men. Varicocele repair (VR) is frequently performed to improve semen quality, sperm DNA fragmentation, and the chances of pregnancy. However, there is a lack of consensus about the diagnosis, indications, and outcomes for VR. The aim of this study was to explore global practice patterns amongst practicing male infertility clinicians on the management of varicocele in the context of couple infertility.
