Abstract
This topic was the focus of a community forum in San Diego last week co‐sponsored by A New PATH and LifeHouse Recovery Connection. PATH (Parents for Addiction Treatment & Healing) is a hybrid drug policy reform and recovery community organization that for 25 years has been a national presence in delivering and advocating for alternatives to America's war on drugs. In recent years, PATH and its CEO Gretchen Burns‐Bergman have focused on creative harm reduction strategies that respond to the opioid epidemic.
