Abstract

Transformation properties of scalar, spinor and vector fields are studied from the point of view of conformal symmetry of space time. Establishing the transformation rules for the fields under the special conformal transformation, we consider massless spinor field theory. The Lagrangian, form which we derive coupled field equations, involves a scalar field in addition to a massless spinor field and a neutral vector field. A simple but nontrivial solution to the coupled field equations is found so as to have a relevant conformal symmetry.
