Abstract
The long life of highway concessions contracts and the expectations of profitability are the cause of frequent legal disputes. Recent Supreme Court rulings have sought to shed light on the scope of the powers of interpretation and supervision of administrative contracts, as well as other aspects related to the request for substantial compensation by a concessionaire. A casational doctrine that casts some shadows as the author of this commentary points out.
