Abstract
On 27January 2011, Danish city of Aarhus turned into a hot spot for the leading state aid, tax, and competition law practitioners, academics, as well as graduate and undergraduate students, all brought together under the roof of Aarhus University for the Research Seminar on State Aid and Tax Measures. The ambition of the Seminar was to explore the current legal situation of taxation in the EU state aid law, as well as to address the main uncertainties, and discuss possible solutions.
