Introduction. A significant factor in the development of an educational organization is always its ability to quickly adapt to changes in the external and internal environment, which is determined by the flexibility of the manager’s decisions, the organizational readiness of teaching staff for changes, the level of professional competence, motivation, creativity, active development of innovations. The purpose of the article is to substantiate a set of pedagogical conditions for the formation of organizational readiness of the teaching staff for changes in an educational organization. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study was systemic (I. V. Blauberg, E. G. Yudin), competency-based (A. V. Khutorskoy, I. A. Zimnyaya), situational (P. Lawrence, J. Lorsch) approaches. The theoretical basis of the study was: the concept of organizational readiness for change; analysis of the school as a social organization. To achieve the goal of the study, the authors used theoretical (analysis of scientific literature, sources on the topic, comparison, generalization, abstraction), empirical (analysis of products of management activities, survey, observation) methods. Applied research was carried out on the basis of MAOU Secondary School No. 77 in Novosibirsk. Results. A set of pedagogical conditions for the formation of organizational readiness of the teaching staff for changes in an educational organization has been developed. The complex includes organizational, pedagogical, psychological, pedagogical, and methodological conditions. Conclusion. It has been confirmed that the formation of organizational readiness of the teaching staff for changes in an educational organization will be successful if the strategic goal of development of the educational organization is accepted by the teaching staff; the teaching staff has a conscious attitude towards prerequisites and needs for positive changes, effective communications have been established; coordinated management actions are carried out; a creative approach to solving professional problems is activated.
