Abstract

In this paper, the concurrent control of a class of discrete event systems described by controlled petri nets is considered, where control specifications are given by a predicate on state set or a legal language. For the control of discrete event systems which controll specifications are concurrently ill-posed, in order to realize the maximally permissive concurrent control, two control structures are proposed. The first one is of petri net supervisors, the second one is of concurrent transition schedulers. The main advantage of the second control structure is that the static state feedback logic can be synthesized no matter whether the control specification is concurrently well-posed or not.
