Search for more papers by this author Originally published8 Aug 2000https://doi.org/10.1161/01.CIR.102.6.e36Circulation. 2000;102:e36An 81-year-old man was referred with a 65-mm descending thoracic aneurysm (Figure 1A) and a 60-mm abdominal aortic aneurysm (Figure 1B) found on physical examination. Both aneurysms were excluded under general anesthesia, in 1 session, with AneuRx (Medtronic) stent grafts (Figure 2). The patient was discharged on the second postoperative day and has since done well for 1 year. The editor of Images in Cardiovascular Medicine is Hugh A.
