Both aneurysms were excluded under general anesthesia, in 1 session, with AneuRx (Medtronic) stent grafts (Figure 2). The patient was discharged on the second postoperative day and has since done well for 1 year. The editor of Images in Cardiovascular Medicine is Hugh A.
