Abstract

The goal of the work. The article reveals the specific properties of implementation of bandura syncretism, as well as performance difficulties in Concertino in a romantic style for voice and bandura by V. Vlasov. The research methodology consists in the application of aesthetic-cultural, historical, musicological analytical methods, as well as interdisciplinary and performing approaches, which form a single methodological basis. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the discovery of new approaches to theimplementation of bandura syncretism in modern music, as well as the specifics of their performance techniques with the aim of finding new facets of an individual concert performance style. Conclusions. The poetic composition of Concertino is built according to the requirements of post-romantic poetry: the “concise cycle” contains sections of different genres and tempos, but the music is not particularly slow, which gives the entire poem a connection with the suite. Singing and motility are equally present in all parts-chapters of the work. The metaphorical “dialogic” of the romantic classics and the “removal from romanticism” at a later historical stage constitute the poetic dimension of V. Vlasov’s composition both in terms of genre and stylistic understanding. The performance of such a piece as V. Vlasov’s Concertino for voice and bandura requires the performer to have perfect mastery of vocal technique and the technique of playing an instrument. The syncretic specificity of bandura performance provides in the Concertino for voice and bandura the overcoming of such performance problems as the vocal intonation of the bel canto nature while sitting and regardless of the difficulties of the bandura part, as well as the conductor’s regulation ( during study and concert performance) of the entire vocal-instrumental score of the work. This work is a new stage in the affirmation of modern academic bandura culture.
