Conceptualization as the leading criterion for development of regional in-service teachers’ training systems: trends in innovative experience

Abstract

Based on an analysis of the development experience of regional and municipal systems for in-service teachers training, the article substantiates the role, functions and features of the conceptualization of the proposed models from the standpoint of focusing on the assistance and support of a teacher in continuing education and the growth of professional skill. The positions proposed by the authors are based on the open press data covering the experience of in-service teachers training in various regions of the Russian Federation.
