Abstract

Identifying the factors of enterprise competitiveness is an urgent task due to the significant development of the economy and the impact of digital transformation on the business processes of participants in economic activity. In the conditions of digitalization and high information activity of the market, global instability, companies must look for new ways to strengthen market positions, increase profits, search for competitive advantages. Identifying the factors of competitiveness of construction companies can partially solve these problems. An important task for a company in the construction sector is to identify factors that will optimally allocate available resources, obtaining the maximum economic effect in the long run. Artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic can be useful for this type of problem. The article describes the problem statement, the scheme of its solution and the mathematical model of identifying the factors of strategic competitiveness of construction companies on the basis of data of construction contractors operating in the construction market of Ukraine. The article identifies the main factors that the company must pay special attention to if it wants to work successfully in the construction market. Problems that need to be addressed in further research have also been identified.
