Abstract

The urgency of scientific research of problems of musical and aesthetic development of citizens, first of all - the younger generation, at the present stage determines the fact that one of the conditions for the development of an independent Ukrainian state is the education of a fully developed personality who seeks to understand the beautiful, studying the spiritual culture and treasures of Ukrainian the people The conscious attitude of young people to the achievements of previous generations can ensure the harmony and integrity of the individual, development of his abilities and talents, enrich the intellectual potential of the people, his spirituality, and culture on this basis. Among the ways of solving this problem is the deep comprehension and awareness of historical and pedagogical experience, the appeal to national sources of musical-pedagogical theory and practice, methods and forms of activity of teachers, teachers of music and music, the creative use of which will contribute to the growth of educational potential of society. Bukovina is an integral part of Ukraine, and, consequently, its Ukrainian school, despite certain regional differences, has a single national basis with all other parts of Ukraine. On this basis, we consider Bukovina school as an integral part of the Ukrainian national school. Despite the fact that the development of Ukrainian schooling in the country took place in the context of European education, national approaches and traditions in education and upbringing were preserved here
