Abstract
The article discusses the direction of the strategic course of reforming the health care industry of Ukraine. The legislative acts as the basis for the strategic development of health facilities are given. The principles of strategic planning of the development of medical institutions, transferred to the new status of “Municipal non-profit enterprises” (RNI) are considered. The creative elements of regional health management are given. The sections of planning and stages of the development of a strategic plan for KNI are considered.
